- Interpretation

- Non-Returnable Items

- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numberand instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship your returnto the address we provide, including the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

- Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Paid Returns:The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. These costs are non-refundable.
- Return to Sender:If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exceptions for Faulty Items:If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at our expense.
- Refund Processing

- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
